View source for Macports svn to hg

When oDesk decided to shutdown their subversion hosting, I wanted to migrate my work to Mercurial.  It's been a challenge to get this to work in a Mac.  Here's what I've done.

svn co https://secure.odesk.com/svn/egge:ebook/trunk ebook
sudo port install mercurial +bash_completion
sudo port install python_select
sudo python_select python26
sudo port install subversion-python26bindings
hg convert ebook ebook-hg
</geshi>

The following is my ~/.hgrc file
